Do I need to print my voucher or receipt?

I think I have paid but I haven’t received a confirmation email

The payment most probably did not successfully go through and your activity was not reserved. If it is not too much trouble, return to your reservation and attempt once more. If you notice the payment has been through, then the email address may be incorrect. In this case, please get in touch with us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I book an activity and pay once I get to the destination?

As of now, visitors must pay the total amount when booking a service. We accept all credit cards (excluding American Express), debit cards, and PayPal.

After I make a booking, how long will I wait to receive my voucher?

Most affirmation emails (vouchers) are sent as soon as the transaction is completed. If you have not gotten this, look at your spam or junk folder, please. If you cannot find it by any chance, please see the following:

Prices and Special Rates

Are there special rates for public workers or other collectives?

Sorry, we do not make unique arrangements for groups. Our costs are the same for every one of our clients.

If I book several activities at the same time, can I get a discount?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any sort of discount when you book activities simultaneously, since our costs are as economical as could be expected under the circumstances. We additionally work with different neighborhood coordinators and each offers an alternate assistance.

Are there any special rates available for students, seniors or children?

Private Tours

Is there a minimum of people needed to book a private tour?

If you are a smaller group than the group posted on the website, it should not be an issue to run a custom tour. Nonetheless, the cost will be the same as the smallest private tour offered.”

What does price per group mean?

We only work with companies that arrange individual tours in some cities. The price is the same for one person or for various people, as you will pay for the means of transportation and the guide.

Can I join a private group to take part in this activity?

Sadly, it is difficult to join a private tour that has been arranged, as these tours are select and private.

We wish to do an activity on the same day we land. Can you collect us directly at the airport?

It relies upon the destination, the activity and nearby coordinator. If you do not mind get in touch with us and we will tell you at the earliest opportunity.

We’re a large group and there aren’t vehicles large enough for such a big group. What can we do?

In case you are visiting with a large group, it would be ideal if you reach us and we will help you out at the earliest opportunity.

When a private tour includes hotel pick-up, can you collect us at several hotels?

Normally, it is not a problem to pick you up from different hotels except that hotels are far apart for your guide. However, please contact us before booking for the event and we will notify you as soon as possible.


Can I cancel my booking?

Each local coordinator has a different cancellation procedure, which is shown on the tour or event page of our website. If you cancel your activity after the deadline and it is because of a serious cause or outside you ability to control, please get in touch and we will try to come up with a solution.

What is the cancellation policy?

We are always trying to extend the cancelation time at no cost. However, each activity and destination is different; hence please see the cancellation policy for each activity displayed on our tour or activity page.]

Should you cancel an event in the “free cancellation period”, you will receive your money the same way you paid. The cancellation policy cannot be changed for safety reasons, as it is an automatic process.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

All activities will happen during the time regardless of weather conditions. If the climate conditions are extreme (for instance a blizzard) and the coordinator cancels the activity, you will either be refunded instantly or have the option to do the activity on another day.

Can I change the refund payment method if the activity is cancelled?

Whether you cancel the activity or it is canceled due to reasons beyond control, the event will be reimbursed with the same payment method used to book it. This process is automatic and cannot be changed for safety reasons.
