Do you have seats for children?
It depends on the destination whether children are required to use children’s seats in professional vehicles.

How long is the driver going to wait for me?
Drivers wait about an hour after your flight has landed. We recommend that you call the phone number listed on the confirmation email should you need more time to arrive at the terminal for any reason.
Should I alert the local supplier if my flight is delayed?
Even though flights are tracked for possible delays, we recommend that you inform us of any problems with the telephone number given in the reservation.
How am I going to recognize the driver?
The driver will wait in the arrivals hall (just past the luggage claim) with a name sign or at the pre-set meeting point shown on the confirmation of your reservation.
Can I call the driver?
We send you the name, email and telephone number of the service company on a confirmation email that you will get just in case you can not find your driver.
Can we book a multi-station transfer service?
Please note that if you are staying in different hotels or have another stop, it includes a surcharge, which varies according to city. When you book, our local provider will tell you when you arrive how much you should pay.
Can I share the vehicle with others?
Unfortunately, no, to deliver a customized experience and guarantee full efficiency, our transfer services are private.
How many passengers fit in a vehicle?
The number of seats specified is the maximum number of persons permitted to drive in the vehicle except the driver. Every child has one seat, regardless of age.
