Kadiköy

Kadiköy, located on the ancient Chalcedon, first settlement in the region, is a large, populous and cosmopolitan district at the north shore of the Sea of Marmara, crossing Bosphorus Strait.

Kadiköy is also the name of the most prominent neighborhood of the district, a residential and commercial area with numerous bars, cinemas and bookshops, which is the main cultural center of the Asian side of Istanbul.

How to get there?

Kadikoy can be reached from the European part of Istanbul by bus, metrobus or ferry, from the docks of Kabataş, Eminonu, Karakoy and the Prince Islands.
