Flights are carried out between sunrise and sunset. Your requests and our convenience will determine our flight hour.

When should we make reservation?
We suggest you to make reservation as soon as you decide on your tour choice, all procedures before flight must completed for confirmation.
How can I make the payment?
You should make the payment two days before flight for the confirmation of your reservation. You can make payment via credit card (Visa/Master Card) or Bank wire.
What is the passenger capacity of your helicopters?
We provide two different types of helicopters, our Enstrom helicopter can support two person and our Agusta Westland helicopters can support 5 person.
Does pricing of helicopters in accordence with passenger number?
Pricing of helicopters is done on the basis of hour.
Do you offer partial payment?
Unfortunately we have no partial payment choice.
When should I be present for the tour?
You must be present thirty minutes before the flight time in Kaan Heliport. You are advised to consider Istanbul traffic and do your plans according to.
What will happen if I do not arrive on time?
In case of your absence, Viau Air continues to perform plans its flights. Kaan Air can postpone flights according to its convenience.

Do you have child student or child discount?
We do not have child or student discount.
What is the age limit for flying with helicopter?
We do not have age limit for children but we do not recommend the attendancy of children and baby between 0-3 ages.
Do you fly in rainy and snowy weather?
Helicopters can perform flights if the visibility range is adequate but we do not perform flights in foggy weather and weather condition of which visibility range is not adequate.
Do you fly in windy weather?
If gale force is under the limitation of Civil Aviation Authority, we can perform flights upon our client’s request.
What if our flight is cancelled because of adverse weather conditions?
In case of adverse weather conditions our flights are postponed to another day and hour upon our client’s demand.
Do you have night tours?
Unfortunatly we are not able to perform night tours.
Do you provide insurance?
Our very client are provided with insurance.
Do we get informed about tour before flight?
Our captains will provide information about helicopter and destination before the flight.
Will the pilots talk with us during the flight?
Yes. All passengers will receive a headphone with microphone. You will be able to talk among yourselves during flight.
Is narration available during flight?
Our captains will remark the destination’s names during flight.
